When my mom was diagnosed with early onset dementia, I fell into a deep depression…

There were layers of irony, because at the time I was calling myself a Global Happiness Coach: I had created a workshop I called The Happiness Workshop. I had brought it around the world across 3 continents to 16 countries. And there I was: unable to help myself become happy.

So I took the year of 2017 off and in. I quit my ESL professor job at Yonsei University in Korea. In hindsight I did a bunch of shit I had always wanted to do:

  • Became a certified life coach

  • Hired a life coach

  • Wrote my first book

  • Started a pop-up cafe in my apartment serving no salt and no refined sugar dishes and desserts

  • And a bunch of other stuff

But the best thing I did for myself looking back, was I ended up at this women’s surf/yoga retreat in Bali. I met a woman there who would become my Theta Healing practitioner. I worked WITH her for 2.5 years on Whatsapp voice 1:1. I ended up getting certified in Theta Healing and becoming certified to certify others in it. Theta Healing helped me build out my medium and psychic abilities (which we believe in Theta Healing that everybody can and anybody can, you don’t need to be born WITH it).

COVID hit, and I ended up trying 25 alternative healing modalities, seeking out BIPOC practitioners I could pay as much as possible. That’s when I tried Family Constellations for the first time.

During COVID, I ended up getting certified in Family Constellations WITH Luisa Muhr who worked closely WITH Dr. Peter Orban (who was a student of Bert Hellinger’s). 2 years later, I got my second certification WITH Liza Miron who was certified by Brigitte Champetier de Ribes (who was a student of Bert Hellinger’s).

  • runs several year-long Business and Money Constellations containers prioritizing All Asian humans and BIPOC humans

  • owns a brick and mortar space dedicated to family constellations circles, workshops, and retreats prioritizing BIPOC humans

  • runs a year-long family constellations certification program prioritizing BIPOC humans

I am grateful to my mom. I know I would not be here without her. And in her own way, she has helped me get here. It has been and continues to be an honor of a lifetime to get to serve all of you. See you in the Field!
